While 2020 has been just “blah” in many ways, it doesn’t mean that our palates should compromise, and that we should limit our indulgence in tasty delights. As true foodie at heart, the excitement in my kitchen never stops, especially when I try a new recipe.
This new recipe is my foil-roasted salmon. Foil-roasting fish is a popular way of doing fish in Jamaica, except that I’ve never tried it with salmon. I honestly was not sure how it would turn out, but my kitchen is my lab – If something doesn’t work, we keep trying until it is perfected. This recipe is pretty easy:
